Hi Gorvey, do you know how old your bike is? Our batteries will normally last far longer than the two year warranty period. It also may just be the BMS has failed it would be worth sending your battery back to us for testing before you re-cell. All the best David

The use of a throttle on a EAPC is not compulsory. The fitting of a throttle simply makes cycling more inclusive.
