Your FETs seem OK. don't worry about being a newbie, everyone has to start somewhere. The problem is the fault is not clearcut. Your motor still spins up. You may spend a lot of time testing various components without coming to any concrete diagnosis. Show us a pictures of the connectors at the...

you have a 790 analog LED panel. You can see the battery level (4 LEDs). Is the bike still rideable? if it is not, then the controller is suspect. If it is, then check that the battery level does not lose more than 1 LED when going uphill. It's difficult for us to help you because your kit is...

    TSDZ2 "Brake Error"

not without proven working LCD and cable.

    no power

If the LCD reports error 21 then I would check the motor cable. When one of the FETs goes, you should see a short between one of the phase wires and BAT+ or BAT- (you have to remove the battery before testing). If the FETs are working but apparently not functioning properly, you'll need an...

    no power

you can check the MOSFETs first before buying anything. The symptoms are not clearcut to come to any conclusion. Not in common Lishui controllers. The manufacturer can request specific features to be programmed in though, like reduced power if the motor stalls or if someone disconnects the...

    no power

I agree, 6 pin connector: the motor has no Hall, just phase wires and speed sensor. In that case, if the motor does not have much power then you will have to check your controller. Most Lishui controllers will work with and without Hall.

the visible Hall sensor in the middle of the board is the speed sensor. There are 3 Hall sensors below the circuit board. You should see their legs on the soldering pads at the edge of the board. You can check the Hall signal by rotating the motor slowly. I usually clamp the motor axle onto a...

Help! Tongsheng tsdz2 sound problem diagnose

you have demonstrated that the noise comes from the main gear, not the blue gear. You will have to remove the main gear, check for damage, regrease and re-assemble. There are a number of ballbearings, one of them is possibly damaged by water ingress.

    Does anyone have Delphi?

the police have indicated since 2015 that they are not interested in whether you have a throttle on your bike or not. It's only the Spanish and French gendarmerie would be looking for them. In UK law, if you have a twist and go throttle, it should be limited to 6km/h. Non twist and go throttle...

    Does anyone have Delphi?

I think you worry too much about that possibility. It's very unlikely. You kill the controller by overheating, not by limiting its speed. The worse you have to do is to reload the original code.

    Does anyone have Delphi?

No. The law 1/1/2016 applies only to my fully built e-bikes, not kits. If I fit one of those BBSes, I have to ask the customer to plug in the throttle. As a user, he's not limited by the law.

    Does anyone have Delphi?

that is why someone should install and test the code that Mr Penov has kindly posted. You are much more interested in adding to Mr Penov's code than any of us so I thought you may want to do that. I don't want my customers to reprogram the BBSes I sell so I have no vested interest.

    Does anyone have Delphi?

I did have Delphi in the 90s before it became kylix. It has probably evolved a lot since. You can download the newest version here to see if the codebase still compiles. Download the Free Delphi: Community Edition - Embarcadero If it does, I can take a look at the code for you.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

The BBC managed to get Tim Montgomery (https://conservativehome.com) to comment. He lamented the fact that BJ has no solution to current crises. Oliver Dowden in his resignation letter: 'somebody must take responsibility'.

    Throttle mode

you can ride slowly with a throttle, like when negotiating a gate or when the cycle lane is full of riders. When you ride slowly, the throttle replaces the torque sensor: instantaneous response and controlled acceleration. With the pedelec sensor alone, it depends very much on how the...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

the problem is after reaching the eventual deal, those earning above average are much better off than those below average. Let's say that the average spending of a household is £30k a year and inflation will reach 10% and somehow, the deal is they get 10% pay increase. So they'll need at least...
