    use a bit of the black double sided sticky fixers that come with the kit over the 5 ring bolts to stick the magnet ring to the chain ring. Later, when everything is working, you can use araldite or add some small 3mm bolts through the ring bolt holes to make the fix permanent.

    when you have the wheel out, check that he lock nuts on the motor axle have not drifted and put pressure on the ball bearings. Use a 10mm spanner to turn the motor axle slowly to find any notchiness in the ballbearings.

    I think the professor meant the capsid proteins. The Pfizer and the AZ vaccines contain only a segment of the spike, not the capsid. When the body fights successfully a full blown covid infection, its immune system will recognise not only the spike but also lots of capsid proteins. A variant...

    I would re-install the 160mm rotor and use a few washers on the M5 caliper bolts to clear the motor casing.

    my friend who is a nurse at Southend General told us yesterday that the covid ward at her hospital has more and more unvaccinated and fewer vaccinated. This week, all patients in there are unvaccinated. Personally, I think the Pfizer is worth the effort.

    problem with planting new trees is most of them (90%) die in less than 10 years without good care and thinning work of foresters. Algae, hemp or bamboo do a better job.

    I think probably not but the idea of adding a few covid proteins into the next generation of covid vaccines is a good one. Same with treatments, a two-pronged approach, combining nucleosides + 3CL protease inhibitors should work better.

    I can agree with that. from the stats on Roche N assay, I reckon that N-antibodies are needed to combat covid at the early stage (week 1). That may explain why new tech vaccines aren't very good.

    The Roche N assay is the interesting one. It measures the level of N-antibodies (N=nucleocapsid) post infection, the higher, the better. It shows that London region has the highest seropositivity, South West lowest. That explains why the death rate in London is lower than national average. NHS...

    I reckon the article confirmed what we already knew, the virus changes so fast that having S-antibodies is not enough to avoid infection.
