    We do not know if she was ordered by the USA government to leave. There have been several incidents in which that was alleged (not sure it is has been proved or not). It is very hard for a USA citizen in her situation to refuse to follow an order to return to the USA.

    Apparently it will be a problem because the UK is not a suitably listed third country - not that the regimes are not similar. For that reason, it is restricted to Cork, Rosslare and, as I have been reminded, Dublin Airport - and nowhere else.
