Hi Allen It seems there may be a problem with either the battery or the charger. You should certainly get all 5 lights after a full charge with the 4A charger. Have you tried a double charge yet? After the charging cycle is complete the charger will turn off automatically, turn the power off...

Good point Eddie, the DfT have said that they will not be interested in bikes that have been purchased with UK specs before they align with the EN regs siting "grandfather rights" but I am not certain that UK bikes set up with a throttle would be legal in continental Europe. I will check it...

Hi Billy You should try an A to B Metro they are great! OK they don't maybe have a huge range but they are a lot of fun. It did on the day seem that it was a forgone conclusion and to be fair our Wisper bikes weren't as they are now. Don't forget there were some great bikes there...

Hi Allen I agree with Vicki, the low power is really only for use in icy conditions or riding slowly in pedestrian areas. For normal cycling you should be set to medium or high. All the best David
