    I see evidence as the observations which have been established. Things are offered in evidence - a log book, a photo, a receipt of purchase with description. But if the log book contains the wrong information, it changes from evidence of the model/engine/etc., to evidence of the description...

    Isn't it the case that any pressure behind a jet or rocket engine reduces the velocity of the expelled mass and renders it less efficient than in a vacuum? (Not that a jet can operate in a vacuum.)
