    Removing controller from aluminium casing

Yes, you need the aluminium box as a heat sink. Put the controller in one of those under the saddle tool-bags. You can hide all the excess wire in there too, plus you can stick your puncture kit in there.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Hopefully, he's been out there taking in the rays. The poor guy needs to get out a bit more for the sake of his mental state. I worry about him.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

The point is that they're getting organised and Parler has become a rallying point. From there, they can get their messages out to other social media through their followers. On Twitter and Facebook they couldn't do that effectively because they were shackled by the biased rules, but now they...

They might not have been black when they arrived, but I'm sure some of them are now - well, at least redskins.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I'm only quoting TR. I didn't express my opinion on whether I think they're patriots or not. Also, I never said I'm a supporter of TR. I've been to one of his rallies, but I was on the other side with a placard shouting at his guys, for which I got £25 and a good laugh, plus my transport there...

    Hi all

Definitely don't order any electrical stuff without running it by us first, otherwise you'll end up disappointed, like all the others, that bought stuff, then came on here to ask about it.

    Help! freego Folder

Probably Chinese fakes. The legs don't break on genuine ones. That's how you can tell the difference. It's the same with Chinese fake IR mosfets. Functionally, the fake hall sensors are OK, but not always the mosfets. Well done for getting it all sorted. It's very satisfying isn't it.

Sanity check my thinking, paralysed by choice, please help!

If you have £3000 spare cash and you're using the cycle scheme just to save money on a bike that you would have bought without it, go ahead and buy what your heart desires. If you're using the cycle scheme because you can't afford to buy a £3000 bike, set your budget to £1000 or less. An...

    New Wisper 905 torque problem

Where did you buy the bike from? The dealer is responsible to sort out these sort of problems, not the brand head office. I'm only an observer. I've been on this forum for ten years and seen many situations like this. If you want my honest opinion, it's your lack of knowledge that's causing you...

    Broken throttle

You mustn't connect wires willy-nilly because you can do some severe damage if you get them wrong. The three throttle wires only carry 5v. Connecting them out of sequence to a throttle with three wires won't do any harm, but if you connected say the 5v and ground to a switch in the throttle, you...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

When they kicked Katie Hopkins off Twitter, they poked a hornet's nest. Tommy Robinson was on today posting that they're starting a publicity campaign to make Parler the home of all patriots. In the last couple of days, he's gained 30,000 followers. Remember, he had a million followers on...

    New 3-speed front gearbox

I seem to remember registering an interest in this years ago. They emailed me today, as it's now available. It's a bit pricey at $500, but maybe that's a good price for certain applications. https://www.efneo.com/gearbox/

    New Wisper 905 torque problem

Battery indicator lights are notoriously unreliable. If your LCD says the battery is full, it probably is. The only sure way to know is to measure the battery with a voltmeter. The green light on most chargers means that it isn't charging - nothing more than that. It'll show green when the...

Why so few hub geared bikes with belts ? Looking at Kalkhoff

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Don't forget that they're going to need a fair wodge of cash to do the repairs after the riots last night and plenty more to come. The same is happening in USA. All the cities with Marxist leadership are descending into anarchy. The revolution is coming. Soon Boris will be replaced with our own...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I was just about to post the same. Shots were fired, 2 people stabbed, the police were chased away, leaving their car behind to get completely destroyed, all recorded on mobile phones. Serves Boris right, eh? Right now ha, ha, ha, ha, ha I am an anti-Christ I am an anarchist Don't know what I...
