It's a 65 cell pack, which is pretty standard, so should be OK. It's guaranteed for 2 years, which is about as long as any pack lasts. I would take a punt on it at that price.

That's an interesting point. AFAIK, there is no requirement for a bike to meet the EN15194 standard under UK law. UK law is fairly brief and says that the motor must be rated at no more than 250w, the power must stop when you stop pedalling and the maximum speed allowed is 25km/h. It's EN15194...

It sounds like your gearing is too low. There are plenty of options to make it more comfortable. Tell us or show us what you have if you want suggestions.

It's the wheel size that's the problem with the Brompton. The only rims I found was the Sun CR18, which looks like what OP has. As I said, the Bafang QSWXK is very tricky to open. Have you done one?
