    FENETIC SPRINT EBIKE

Ok, the third which I thought is a reflection on the bike paint. You can still use both if you wish, on the 3 wire controller brake leave the 5v disconnected and it should work. Tbh only one brake cut out is often needed on the rear brake.

The Yellow BMS wire is C -, the charge port wire. Blue wire B - is pack 0v connection & Black P - is the discharge. One will have to buy a 48v charger to fit the charge point when the new BMS is fitted. Are you sure there is no fuse at the other end. For a charger look on ebay for one with the...

Connect controller, battery and Phase /speed sensor wiring. Then display and PAS, check PAS operation first then connect throttle if used & then brakes.

Pic #4 is PAS. Pins need changing to match colours. Red to Brown. Blue to Yellow. Black to Black.

Pic #3. I can make out three wires on the bikes brake sensors. Black/Gnd, Blue/Sig & other Black (likely has another colour stripe unseen to donate 5v) please confirm . Connect to the three wire brake. If you want to use the second brake sensor simply omit the 5v connection to the two wire...

    Battery shorted

I thought it strange one would bypass the charging circuit and reverse charge using the discharge pins, a recipe for disaster as a two wire BMS isn't used. Clearly in pic # one the charge port is visible, were you attempting to use a faster charge rate by not using the correct charger ? Using...

If you have brake sensors connected disconnect them and the throttle, then try PAS operation. Throttles when water gets in can cause operation issues so definitely try that simple process first. A new controller is about £30 - £35, though one may have to go to China for one. This one is ideal...

Mike which controller do you have, is it the later Lishui one or the previous KT one ? Is it a remote controller or integrated battery base one ? Also as vfr has asked what is wrong or how did the fault occur ? It is easier to find a 9 pin julet controller then an 8 Pin if it is KT, if it is...

The ninth pin on the trunk cable to the display etc will likely be a dedicated circuit for lights. I can' t look now but tomorrow I will have a look for one. The similar system to julet is higo, the wire sequence is different on their connectors so not compatible .

    Connectors

The julets are a std wire connection and sequrnce as with the julet motor wire all use a std sequence.

    Powabyke SLA Charger

Batteries have had it, time to convert to Li. SLA is very old hat and really disen' t like to be discharged for regular power use.

    Battery shorted

Follow the red /v+ discharge wire to see if a fuse is inline. Trace wiring or continuity check wiring for any failure. If no luck on the above two then BMS is probably toast.

    Yosepower hub kits.

Fitting a hub to a carbon bike isn't worth it, stretching carbon is a no go. Better off with a more suitable bike.

    Urban Mover Sprite 44

How many wires does it have ? Regarding the battery 26v is less then 50% capacity if a lithium one, if Li it should be 29 - 29.4v.

    Im so confused!

Mine was a typo 695 it is, for to non hilly areas it is a bargain still. Though a tad heavy weight compared to some modern ebikes they aren't overly bad with all the included kit. A kg for rear hubs gears, panniers, lock mudguards etc etc . And an extra 2 or 3 kg for the lifepo4 battery.
