    Heart rate monitor/watch required

We have Xiaomi Mi Bands - I have a 2, partner has a 3. They do seem to measure heart rate quite, even very, well. (Sleep measure is rather wayward!) Excellent battery life - mine says about 20 days and partner's is even longer. And they are at the cheap end of the scale. Bought the 3 on...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

From what I have read over the past two years, one defining characteristic of sovereignty is the freedom to make deals and trade with whomsoever we wish. When Trump spouts 'Trade with Iran and you won't trade with US' it is impinging on our sovereignty. I'd rather argue that from within the EU...

    Winter...

I'll repeat that one of the best things I did was buy a pair of cheap (Aldi) neoprene wellies. Less than £20. In the winter, they are much, much nicer than ordinary wellies, very flexibile, waterproof, good grip on sole.

It wouldn't, of course, be a story if they went to a non-luxury, less-than-12-acre, non-holiday estate. For example, a university hall of residence or a youth hostel.

I wasn't referring to a few years down the line. Rather to the transition period which will end by December 2020. Won't it?

    Brexit, for once some facts.

If the brexit process has been difficult, re-joining during transition will be next to impossible, in my opinion. The ONLY reason I can think of that could soften it at all is if the impact all round, but mainly the EU27, is far worse than even the worst current predictions.

If that is such wonderful news, how come the slide in the pound? How come Fox is saying no-deal likely? If those export figures are that wonderful, bear in mind, they have been achieved whilst inside the EU. So why leave?

No A50 there would be no brexit and no negotiations about leaving and no crashing out. Just what do you expect to happen when you tug the tiger's tail? (And that is probably unfair to the EU.)

As if this Selmayr chap is the ONLY person who could screw up brexit! There are abundant opportunities for untold numbers of people to screw it up.
