Whereas I am struggling with oldtom disliking my post (about Emily Maitlis being quite good against IEA). No, it is hardly a scintillating post, but the message, that at least one part of the BBC can try to be relatively tough, seems to accord with oldtom's response. Emily repeatedly tried to...

IEA got a bit of a questioning on newsnight last night. Emily Maitlis hasn't always been my favourite presenter/interviewer but she did a fair job.

In another place, someone is trashing the fairly balanced (in my view) discussion which is questioning the the supply of medicines in the UK post-brexit. Trouble is, even if he were right, he has made absolutely no attempt to argue or explain - just said it is so. Even if the problem were the...

Is there any existing tripod mount which can attach to a bike frame or handlebars, or whatever? Strikes me that a bike could be viewed as a tripod (or bipod, I suppose) with wheels.

That's worrying. :( My heart rate has always been bizarre. From about 48 to 165 - occasionally higher. Sometimes when sitting calmly on the sofa. I know when it is wrong (much too high) because I feel nauseous. But I can go weeks or months without such issues. Even so, I find that the rate is...
