Ebike charging using Street EV chargers for electric cars

I have not seen any discussion about cell/cell variable internal resistance for MJ1, typically 37 - 40mohms is the IR.

Ebike charging using Street EV chargers for electric cars

Been following the thread from day 1, no where else have I seen any comparison like it. Best bang for buck is the 29e esp in 9p but depends on the current required.

Ebike charging using Street EV chargers for electric cars

29E after 700c is 5% better then 35e, however 5% is small as is most of the other %'s. The PF's fall off the cliff, I will have to wait and see if that happens to mine as have three packs with PF. What I can say is they pack a good punch at lower voltage using pas 4 or 5 on 6/7% inclines at 1.5...

PAS I -5, if current control is used needs testing on a steep hill then you notice the torque supplied.

Ebike charging using Street EV chargers for electric cars

On ES user docware put a few well known top cells to cycle life testing with 4.1v - 3.3v charge /discharge and 2.5a/1a charge/ discharge regime all eventually reached 700 cycle over nine months of constant cycling. The pannies/sanyo's performed worse of all as did the power tool 30Q cell. The...

    Smartcharger

How can it be a smart charger when it can't control battery cell voltage ? All it can do is charge the battery pack voltage to a set % via an app and hope all cells are good and they will accept a charge to within 0.01v of each other. It's not a smart charger that is needed for batteries but a...

    Cheap spot welders

I don't think any of them will do pure Nickel Kirsten and the last one states 0.1 -0.12mm Nickel plated. NP has low weld resistance compared to pure nickel. The K welds and malectrics utilise current to about 1300a and use adjustable pulse rates to get solid good welds twice the current of the...

    Cheap spot welders

If using lipo as a power source 3s is needed for 0.15mm nickel with variable power control so as not to cause burning with the weld, 4s is needed for pure copper 0.1mm. Recent work on ES say's that 3s can do copper in a nickel over copper sandwich approach.

Salisbury Powacycle- Removal and inspection of motor.

What you say is not an issue but in your words you only suspect a hall, it is so much easier to test for faulty hall /s(if it is a hall) via the route already mentioned rather then testing within the motor, testing first before opening you will then know exactly which hall to replace if it is...
