BB Torque System and Battery Upgrade.

There are loads on Aliexpress. Some of them have crappy mounting brackets. you won't know until it arrives. I'd put in a much longer seat pin so that it sticks out the bottom of the frame, then you can run a couple of struts up to back of the bracket (5mm side fixing screws) to stop it from...

    Bosch motor system life expectancy

Good question. the Active line seems to be more reliable because it's a simpler bearing and seal arrangement, but if it were my bike, I'd slop on some grease just to be sure. You don't need to do that in the Summer. It's a countermeasure against Winter salt.

    GTech Battery & Controller Upgrade

All motors work the same. You can swap out all the other electric components, not including the battery, to standard Chinese ones for about £60, then you can use whichever battery you want and get whatever speed you want. if it were mine, I'd be looking at 48v for the increase in torque, which...

    what's it for ?

Yes, you can use it to run a USB charge cable to your phone, GPS, radio, camera or anything else. if you're going to connect your £1000 iPhone to it, you might want to think about one of these, just to be sure...

    Advice Nottinghamshire

There might be someone, but I never heard of anybody there that does them. If you want a bit more power, but still legal, you should look for the 25 amp "250W" version, which is basically the 500W BBS02 badged as a 250W. I'm not sure where you get it from, but I'd try Brighton E-bikes first. You...

    Bosch motor system life expectancy

If you're using your bike on the road for transport, puncture proof tyres will obviate the need to carry all that stuff to fix punctures. I've had no punctures in 5 years and about 6000 miles since I fitted them. Before that, I used to average about one puncture every 2 weeks. By puncture proof...

    Changed Commute - Super Soco?

I'm sure you'll love it. You get a lot more torque than a petrol bike. I just watched a video of the middle-sized Zero out accelerating a Kawasaki H2. I'd love to get an electric motorbike, but my electric bicycle is used exclusively for journeys up to 30 miles and most of my other journeys are...

Can anyone reccommend a shop in central London

Bosch electric parts are made in China. My job is fixing electric bikes. That includes Bosch. I'm a Bosch certified technician, so I have a pretty good handle on which bikes go wrong and what goes wrong with them. I don’t have any bias. I like all the different electric bikes. My only concern...

Can anyone reccommend a shop in central London

It's been a while since we've seen a comment like that. It sounds a little biased and ill-informed to me. You have good quality when your product performs like it's supposed to or better for a long time. Under that definition, I think you'll find that the established brands of Chinese bikes...

    Volt Pulse Guardian review

Volt do quite a bit of marketing. Whenever there are articles in the press about electric bikes, there's a fair chance that it'll feature a Volt bike.

    LCD S866 + Brainpower controller

Neal, I know you only want to help him, but i already gave him an instruction that will get him quickly to the root of his problem. More information and more things to try are only going to confuse things. One step at a time, eh? Sinan, you need a digital multi-meter. You can get one from any...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Jeez, here we go again. Someone has a different opinion to me so he's a Nazi. I thought that guy said some interesting things in the other video, but this show's him to be just another bigoted tosser.

Good point, well presented. There are very few of them on here, apart from mine.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

He was one of the first that figured out how to manipulate the media to get his own advantage. He was caught buying his own record to get it up the charts - not Motorway (great song), the one after, I think. He's got a lot to answer for.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

If you had followed the whole story, you would have understood why he did what he did. Having followed his story from more or less the beginning, I would say that I would trust him a lot more than most politicians. I'd also trust him more than most of the mainstream media reporters. I wouldn't...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

It was a gimmick when Trump offered to move the immigrants to the democrat areas after they said how much theywelcomed them. It wasn't a gimmick when the democrats said how bad he was for attempting to "dump" the immigrants on them as if the immigrants were rubbish.
