    Yosepower hub kits.

You can use any after market controller/lcd combo and practically any motor, KT is available widely. If looking for another hub think about the AKM128 or 100, the 128 is great and is easier to peddle unassisted due to higher gearing ratio.

    need chain for wisper 905

I'm not Wisper are very good and keep a lot of spares for their models even older ones , they may well have components shared with some newer models.

C500 is a Bigstone brand compatible with Bafang controllers and might be so with Lishui.

    Sw900 display PAS control problem

You need to ride with a gps device so you can confirm the speed you are seeing before making changes. If you have a current controller you will feel the extra power available in each PAS level on a hill. A speed controller will have a different max speed in each PAS level.

    Vulcan/Crossfire E - E42 error

Richb will need to buy another controller to motor julet cable for about £15 , he will need to expose the singular wires in the core to carry out any testing . Testing wiring with julet's or higo's are not as easy as SM block type connectors where you can simply poke a probe up the back.

    Sw900 display PAS control problem

Controllers are speed control or current control, PAS will work the same just the out come is a bit different A speed controller gives full current but varies speed in each PAS level. Current controller gives varied current and max speed in each PAS level. Speed controller is harder on the battery.

It could be that if Yose are changing to Lishui , they may have stock of Season marked stuff for bike builds and are just simply using up this stock before a wholesale change over to Lishui.

Have I got too many spacers in?

Pics can be deceiving I reckon a 1 or 2mm move to the rhs is needed so a little less on the washers or the minutest of dishing, I would opt for spacing. No substitute for having a bike in front of you.

Have I got too many spacers in?

10mm is a lot unless you use different length spokes on both sides. 3 ,4 or 5mm is ok if you have too. From your pic the rhs still has too much spacing between cassette and d/o. Get the washer spacing better to reduce any dishing required

Carrera Crossfire - 2017Cut out issues fixed?

If it's still OEM Suntour stuff then NO. As OEM only dealer supplied so akin to having a Bosch or other branded bike you are at their mercy.

    Yosepower hub kits.

I 'm sure dependant on the vendors needs they can be customer programmed so will differ from one to another. The main advantage of KT's is the user can physically adjust current and use differing PAS /magnet counts with a simple setting change.

KT currently have 9 lcd models which should cover most styles.

    Yosepower hub kits.

If they are going to use Lishui then getting spares will be only available in general through them as they aren't available openly like the KT which is commonly available. The Lishui has very little user interface except for the basic menu's of speed and wheel size changes. Any change isn't...

    Interesting Electric bike

The White front light looks like and old Eveready one, I though they went out of vogue on bikes many years ago.

    Interesting Electric bike

It's certainly a work horse, a Cyclamatic made to last …. A great find VFR I reckon who ever it is has read or seen some of your old threads dave, esp with the rear rack. It reminds me of some of your early work and thoughts of keeping the rack low and as far forward as poss.

Have I got too many spacers in?

The biggest issue you have Michael is that with a new 8 spd cassette you will not be able to use them all unless you swap out the 6 spd shifter to a 8 spd one and even then your derailleur (with a road link) might not be able to cope with 8spd. What is the current derailleur model you are using ?
