All my bikes with PAS magnet ring have Hollowtech 11 crank sets, it is no obstacle to fitting PAS as is little different to Octalink. There are many threads in the search area for those of us who have easily done it.

Sounds like the axle is turn in then drop out, so the drop out must be worn round. Drop outs should be flat so the axle slots in nicely. Care fully use a tight fitting 10mm spanner on the gear side axle and then try and undo the LHS you may need a helper.

Is the sensor rotation direction correct for the Kt controller software in theory it should work. Try rotating the pedal backwards or flipping the sensor & or disc to see if it helps. Also make sure the sensor magnet gap is about 1mm. If all fails use the KT supplied one which works.
