    Brexit, for once some facts.

I think Parliament knows that EFTA is a possible solution, TM and her team just try to get a better deal. Personally, I don't like DT's way of negotiating, I prefer the French (OK, EU's) way of sorting out differences. *French way: c'est logique!

    Brexit, for once some facts.

she only wants the transition and some outline of a deal. As long as the EU say they'll look at her proposal with interest, she'll be home and dry for two more years. The real substance can begin much later. If during the 2 year transition, jobs are lost, wages falling, house prices crashing...

may I suggest the new Woosh Petite or Santana 3? The Petite would suit riders weighing 15st or under, the Santana3 has a larger motor, there is no weight limit. Both can be ridden by smaller riders, 5ft3 or there about. Both are in stock for immediate delivery. http://wooshbikes.co.uk/?petite...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I do expect we will contribute toward the running cost of EU programs that we agree to participate. You seem to think that the EU has all the cards. That's true only as far as the A50 process is concerned, because we are still member of the club, club rules apply and the EU shall determine how...

simplicity can be the answer. 1. gearless system: nothing simpler. Reliable, easy and cheap to fix. Trains use the same kind of motors. Perfect for 25mph+. Downside: Weigh a ton. 2. geared hub: a little more complicated by the addition of a £20 reduction gearbox to save weight. A 5:1 reduction...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

that's in the treaties we signed. A50 must come first, pay the divorce bill and make a political declaration of the future relationship. There is no deal, no negotiation on a deal before we've left.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

a common misconception is that TM and her brexit team are negotiating the UK/EU future relationship. We may try but the EU is not negotiating. Yes, they pick holes in what we'd like to see but they don't have to make any offer and they won't. That will come after we have left.
  12. Woosh

    Brexit, for once some facts.

it's just hot air, the EU has only to sort out A50, nothing more. Whatever deal TM comes up with has no legal value, what she wants is the transition deal and is prepared to pay a premium price for it (compared to 1% GDP contribution if we remain). If they still disagree until the last hour...

I actually quite like the sound of a LibLab pact, especially if Tony Blair comes back to Labour politics. During his reign (sorry, his PM ship), that's the only time schools spent more money with my firm.

they'll tell the ROI to spend the money and add the charge to the exit bill. Do you know we agree to cover Michel Barnier's (and his team's) wages?

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Hard brexiters seem to be ready to shift the blame: Liam Fox: no deal is now likely, 60-40. It's because of EU's intransigence. Nigel Farage: come Autumn, the UK and EU establishment will launch a huge campaign to suspend A50.

that lovely Scott costs about £4,500, the OP saves only £2,500 on train fare. To make it worth the effort, the bike should really cost under £1,250.
