You can leave first probe on red then the other probe on each wire to get an accumulative voltage reading or move the pair of probes along all 13 wires each time to get individual parallel cell voltages. I doing the latter be careful not to short contacts.

When checking the cell voltages via the jst connector you should get 13 separate voltage readings on from the plug, depending how you measure with the probes the readings will all be singular in voltage like 3.7, 3.8v or whatever the cell voltage's are etc , etc for each of the 13 cell group...

Make sure the charger when plugged to the mains is reading output of 54.6v at it's charge connector, if this is ok then you will need to carry out the basic checks I mentioned above first before carrying out further checks.

Green led usually indicates fully charged or if discharged bms not switching on. After checking the fuse if not working disconnect the bms multiwire jst and check all the parallel cell group voltages as one may be at fault, if one is too low < 3.2v or high 4.2 then your issue will lie with that...

The GA cells used are far superior and will suffer less voltage sag, voltage rate will hold it self higher when a load is asked. Your battery has a lot more pep to it.
