Have you removed and checked the fuse you can see ? Some batteries need switching on to charge and for discharge voltage reading, also they are known now and then to be faulty. Pictures are a great help to us as we can't see what you can see. A green charger light can be lit for many reasons...

I have shunt modded 3 of my KT's and all are working without any issue, admittedly they are the dual voltage models so may have slightly better component's. Being extra careful with the solder is important as any slight splattering or misplace dsolder will cause issues elsewhere.

A balanced charge will be 41.6 - 42v and end discharge V will depend on the BMS spec minimum will be about 3.2/3.3v.

2a charge is fine and standard for most cells, faster charging ( more amps) lead to shorter cell life unless it is a high spec cell. At 2a your cells will charging at 0.5a each. Most cells are able to charge at 1c which is their capacity rating so in your case 3.4a per cell.

Show us a pic of your battery most likely the discharge fuse has blown which is why you have no voltage reading.

If you have a plastic sans type 2a charger you can adjust the voltage regulator by unscrewing the base/top cover.
