    that's only a model, as there are more than 100 bilateral agreements between the EU and Switzerland. We'll probably go for a tougher regime on EU immigration and a higher budget contribution.

    the problem is the survivability of such a project. You will need to have a target of producing about 100 bikes a day, 20,000+ a year. I think if you start with a much smaller number, say 25 a day, you can't afford R&D and without R&D, there isn't a future.

    If what you say was true, she would have had the trade talks started already. As I understand, the UK intends to have a draft agreement based on the Swiss model by October 2018, leaving the detailed negotiation until the transition.
