    Over volting BBS02

The software I don't think will allow the lvc to be reset that high and any how error 07 will show preventing operation. I tried 12s lipo and no go.

Nut on Q100C CST hub axle

The AR washers are the first line of anti - rotation. The filing doesn't want to be sloppy, tighter the better with aluminium. If any filing width wise is needed then a 3 or 4 passes mat be enough. If going deeper make sure the bottom of the drop out still maintains a radius otherwise metal...

Nut on Q100C CST hub axle

Like all hubs drives you will have a two washers, two tabbed anti - rotation washers and two fixing nuts to go on the outside of the dropouts, The axle is 12 deep x 10mm wide, it may slide in your drop otherwise you will need to carefully file the drop out 0.5 - 1mm for it to slide in nicely...

What's the Q128C like at low speeds?

Think BMS Battery still then. BMS are ok unless there's an added issue with your order then things can go a bit slow, other wise there are little in the way of problems. Once dispatched items arrive quickly.

    40 mile round trip commute - 20mph - help please :)

Cable entry/exit looks ok to me, the wired binding is for protection against the metal entry/exit so just allows for bending to form a drip loop on fitting. A mahoosive sticky label compared to my tiny one which was affixed, also noted the 250w rating on it. Did you ask for this ?

    Brooks saddles

Myself among a few other forumites can contest that the Lidl medicus gel saddles at about 7 or8 quid are comfy. They haven't had any bike bits for a while but usually once or twice a year they appear.

    Suntour NCX seat post spares

The oilites are no good too thick. Suntour bush requirements Flange 14mm int dia 6mm ext dia 8mm bush length 8mm Material thickness 1mm. Nearest I've found are these just need to recheck the dims before ordering, the flange is 2mm smaller but probably doesn't matter too much and the length...

    My first crisis.....!

It sounds like the clutch mechanism inside, there are 3 small pins and springs. You have to unscrew the hub and check they are aligned/installed correctly. The hard part is making a tool to open the casing, being new it shouldn't be to difficult.

    Suntour NCX seat post spares

ACM, your pic is typical of mine the front lower bush take most of the force and wears first, though if you don't notice it straight away wear starts on one of the others.

    Suntour NCX seat post spares

I have had the same issue on two I own and tried looking for collared/flanged bushes, though I found sellers I wasn't able to find the correct sizes. Pedelec Riders Club of Britain

A national club needs running by committee's /member's and thus becomes an organisation and involves fees/payments and running costs. As time goes by fractions decide they need a more localised affiliation and internal politics get in the way. No reason if peeps want to share routes by posting...
