will do. This is the first time that the Rio had a fault, I am grateful for your patience. We have much to learn how to do things better next time.

    Which folding commuter bike

Small 20" wheels are not good for potholes which you will have over the 20 miles a day. The suspension forks won't be good enough, the weight is the same for a larger wheeled bikes.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

that is an unfortunate fact that the UK is unique in having this sort of tabloid newspapers. I don't know if you like Isobel Oakeshott. She used to be a regular guest on Marr's and Andrew Neil's shows. She typifies the brexiters Oxford caste. Not recently seen on those shows for a while. Does...

Hello Pylon37, Take a look at the Woosh Rio FB. It has a powerful Bafang G6 motor, 3" tyres that are quiet on tarmac and still capable off road. It's not too expensive either. http://wooshbikes.co.uk/?rio-fb

    Which folding commuter bike

hello surfthewave, the Woosh Zephyr would fit your requirement. It is very comfortable for the distance and has a good battery range, about 35-40 miles. The in-frame battery does not give away that it is electric, thus less attractive to thieves. It's better equipped than most folding bikes...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

best brexit quote today is from the FT: ‘Tasking the Brexiters with managing Brexit was like asking the winners of a debating contest to engineer a spaceship’ They'll soon give up and accuse the opposition of stabbing them in the back.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

that is one point among many that I don't agree with you. All countries need to trade with one another. Sure, some can throw their weight about and do, but when you look at WTO, you need to see that it is an EU at a world scale. It is less ambitious, but still ambitious, it establishes a less...

You should look at why JC sits on the fence. Brexit creates new opportunities, for good and bad, but opportunities is the word.

The hole in the fork crown where the mudguard's bung is fitted has never been designed for hanging the mudguards, it's just the inside of the fork's steerer tube. The bung where the front mudguard is clipped on can swish inside the steerer tube. for something better, how about this £15 pair...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I quoted the source simply because it caught my eye this morning, not intended to promote Mr Trump in any shape of form. as much as I am not a fan of Trump, the attraction for renewal is a factor for brexiters, there is some truth in what he was saying. I would substitute the word Britain with...

From Donald Trump: https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2017/aug/01/donald-trump-wall-street-journal-full-interview-transcript Is that a good enough justification for brexit? it gives to this country a chance for renewal.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

brexit is a lose-lose in the short term. On the long term, if we remain in the customs union or SM, we'll get extra flexibility compared to membership of the EU, so we should do a bit better. The EU won't win anything.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

we may not brexit right in the next 2-5 years but long term prospect for brexit is most likely better for the majority.

the question is hypothetical of course, to gauge the emotional factor. Even on WTO terms, the effect is around -3% on GDP, much less than that in job losses.

Latest YouGov poll: Is 'significant damage to the UK economy' a price worth paying to get your way on Brexit? Leave voters: 61 per cent believe it is worth it. Remain voters: 34 per cent believe it is worth it. Is the loss of your job or a family member's job a price worth paying to get your...
