810 and ku65 controller - PAS pedelec question

sure but coding broadens the mind and only costs time. I compare coding with cooking. There is a lot of similarity when you can cook your meal better than shop bought.

810 and ku65 controller - PAS pedelec question

I think you should code to detect the leading edge of the transition. The pulse width of the signal is much shorter than the non-active pulse. The edge (high going or low going) determines the direction of the rotation.

there is no W after G330.250 and G330.350. the extra 250W in OEM marking will be reassuring.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

TM was set to win with a landslide. If her majority is in the 100, she can rule the conservative party on her own and go for a softer brexit. With a marority under 50, she will be held hostage by the hard brexiter tory MPs. So, for the good of the country, either she wins big or not at all...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

there seems to be a theory that the hard brexiters do not want TM to win with a landslide so they can get their hard brexit.

    Woosh Krieger Review

The bike is very much like any normal bike, other than having a motor and a battery. You can pedal without power. You look after it like you would a normal bike. The bike comes with one year guarantee against all manufacturing defects. What if it goes wrong? Just telephone support on 01702...

still not to sure what to make of bosch ebike system

evenso, the basic reasoning does not change. As a rider, you put in 25%, the bike 75% of the required energy. Instead of 133W user input, it's now about 200W with your new estimate. If the rider can't hold on to this level, then he is limited by his level of fitness, his speed will be...

Hi Nealh, I only have to ask for the OEM marking. As I said before, that marking does not replace the EN15194 label. The alternative is to fit the G330.250 and still run it with 48V.

cant decide what kit to buy

There is no pedal assist sensor specially made for the Isis, Octalink or GXP bottom brackets that I know of. If you are looking for one, here is a solution that I came up with. It is of course available on the Woosh hub kits. First, the magnet disc itself. You may not need to remove your...

    Woosh Krieger Review

Substantially the same. The new Krieger has a sleeker HL downtube battery with a choice of 13AH, 15AH and 17.5AH in capacity, a new better looking Suntour fork and a gear sensor.

This is a typical OEM labelling, which does not replace the EN15194 label but is reassuring: This motor has in fact a larger core than the one in the G330.350. The motor power is controlled by the controller. It is this critical component together with the speed limiter that ensure compliance.

it's nothing to do with EN15194 which requires correct labelling, including nominal power of 250W. the motor model number is just a model number, not nominal power. You can for example run the G330.350 at 36V 10A if you like, it will oblige. You can also program it to run at 48V 10A. There are...

still not to sure what to make of bosch ebike system

I believe so. To me, Arstu is a typical Bosch rider. His chart going up Winnats Pass shows average motor power of 400W, well within the ability of any CD motor. As he has to put in 25% of the required energy to climb, his input is about 133W and his average speed is about 11 miles. TBH, I...

there are only two models to choose from: the MMG330.250 or MMG330.350 http://www.szbaf.com/en/components/component/motor/mm-g330250.html The 350 is the better of the two. There is no other reason.

and the target weight of the rider because acceleration is an important design goal. I use several motors for different rider weights; Bafang SWXH for up to 14st, SWX02 for up to 16st and BPM for over 16st. The Bafang G06 motor on the Rio fat bike has same pulling power of the BPM.

it's possible but if you can charge at work then there is no need to buy a second battery. You only need a couple of hours to top up the battery enough for the home run.

limited battery capacity, only 12AH, good enough for around 30 miles. The Zephyr has a large motor, good for acceleration but mile for mile consumes about 20% more battery than our Karoo. For 40 miles round trip, the Karoo is less comfortable but better suited for battery size.
