still not to sure what to make of bosch ebike system

the physics is simple: the work that the user must input into a Bosch system is 25%. Work = power * time. Where: Power = torque * rotational speed, (power in Watts, torque in NM and rotational speed in radian/s). So the faster you rotate, the lower the torque (less effort on the pedals) you...

no, it's not that. I made a torque sensor bike before and sales were disappointing because we don't have the right profile to sell bikes to the younger ones. Quite a lot of my customers suffer type 2 diabetes. Their energy level can suddenly drops, making torque sensor bike unsuitable.

can't say I do, because most of my customers would rather have a throttle just in case.

20A-25A max I don't know. The problem for us is derestriction. A road version of 48V x 25A MaxDrive is sure to be a magnet for s-pedelec speed, it's not what we want to do.

Review Woosh Rio MTB Review/Initial Impressions

If you hold the speed steady on throttle, it will cut off after a little while, you have to wiggle the cranks a bit to re-activate it. To keep it going without pedaling a bit, you can gently wiggle the throttle instead.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I am not sure that the threshhold for brainwash needs to be that high. There have been many mass suicides from sect followers, the likes of Waco, and self-immolated monks in recent history. There are also drugs that lower the human instincts of self preservation and promote violent behaviour.

you must have inherited her excellent genes! The user has to put in at least 25%, the bike 75% at most. In order to beat you at climbing hills, I suppose your Mum puts in 200W at 85 rpm, the motor 600W, her heart rate should be what? 110 bpm?

    A good foldable bike please

It's not bad but you can always add a stem riser to increase the height of the handlebars and reduce strain on your lower back.

    A good foldable bike please

for that sort of commute, I would suggest you take a look at the Woosh Zephyr. http://wooshbikes.co.uk/?zephyr-2017 It has full suspension, kevlar tyres, nice Suntour XCM fork with preload and remote lockout, front and rear hydraulic brakes, powerful Bafang SWX02 motor, 12AH battery - enough...

if you sell arms, that is not the cycle of international stupidity. That's is the releasing profit cycle. the UK is the second in world ranking for selling weapons.

Hello Elaine, I think the Woosh Petite would suit your needs. It is fitted with 24" wheels and therefore a little smaller than the average steep through bike and should fit your height very well. The Petite has both pedal assist and throttle, in case you find pedaling difficult. It can take you...

    Thoughts on Carrera Crossfire-E

Torque sensored bikes generally don't have brake sensors. the Carrera Crossfire has a torque sensor, your survival instinct will probably tell your legs to stop pushing when you brake!

    Hybrid ladies under £850

Lots of my customers use the Santana2 on canal towpaths and forrest trails. The tyres are Kevlar and wide. But I do take your point about the weight. You can remove the battery before lifting the bike up to the MH rack, that will bring the bike's weight down to 20-21kgs. If you need...

    Hybrid ladies under £850

a lot of my customers suffer some arthritic pain riding bikes with rigid forks which is made worse by higher air pressure in narrower tyres. We can do a bit to alleviate the problem like changing tyres to balloon type tyres and fit better saddle and suspension post but they are not enough...

    Hybrid ladies under £850
