Two new hub bikes from Woosh

Hi Jasper, No, you're right - the Big Bear has a 20" frame which is just too big for you. The lowest the saddle will go is 95cm above ground. You really need to be 5 ft 8" or taller. No imminent plans to supply in a smaller frame size (really intended for 'larger' riders) but we'll see.

Woosh Sport CD review - anyone?

Hi all, Oops! Did offer it to one of you but did not hear from him for a while. Problem now is that they've sold much quicker than we thought so we don't have many left and a review might not be that useful if we ain't got none to sell..... Now who's going to be the first to whinge...

    Cycling safer in Spain?

I've only ever cycled in France, generally OK although I was in a quietish area (don't know what Place de la Concorde in Paris would be like, my stepdad drove round it 50 years ago and it took him an hour to get off!) Have never cycled in Spain or any other country in fact. Interesting to get...

    Cycling safer in Spain?

I heard a few days back that two of my customers were ploughed into on their bikes by a youngster in a hot hatch going well over the speed limit (although not drunk). Obviously he is facing charges. Despite both bikes ending up under the car their riders amazingly survived (although with some...

    Hi from Derbyshire

Hi Kramer Glad to know you are interested in our kit. Unfortunately, we cannot supply the CD kit at the moment. There are too many issues that we feel we have not properly addressed. Firstly, fitting the CD kit to your B'Twin RockRider 5.1 will lose you the front derailleur. Our bottle...

    Woosh Sirocco CD

BTW The Sirocco CD arrving end of next week has some improvements. When we went to Redbridge in April we borrowed d8veh's rear wheel to try with the demo Sirocco CD that we had at the time and found it was quite a bit better. So we upgraded the gears (took a few weeks), and also, Mike63, the...

    Woosh Sirocco CD

Hello Mike 63 thanks for this feedback, it is important. We are going to see if we can introduce soft grips throttle in the future as an option. Should be very easy to fit. May take a few weeks and would be a bit more money but I'm guessing some of our customers would quite like this? LOVELY...

    Cycle schemes

Valid point Amiga fan, but 90% of our sales are by mail order, so we get very little post sales revenue. But many bikes shops would, I grant you. Hatti

Hi all We have some Bafang 8 Fun crank drive kits and have put one on to a Muddy Fox Rascal, as in the photo. Be interested to know what you think of the look. We have a few things to sort out still - brake sensor and throttle, and we're not quite there yet with the battery mounting kit...

    Cycle schemes

Hi everyone, Sorry not to join in recently, have been busy. I'm not going to touch on points about value and actual savings but would just like to fill readers in on how these schemes work and why we, and I suspect some other companies, can't always work with them. Cycle schemes are not...

    2 cyclists killed yesterday

Agree, Lynda. I've had a couple of close shaves in the past few days and that's only in the back streets of Southend. BOTH were white van drivers BTW......says it all, doesn't it? But there again our courier's just turned up to pick up our bikes. his van is white but he drives it well and is a...

    Cheaper Options?

Hello Clockwise. I thought I was up to date with all CTW queries - I've checked my email and can't see anything outstanding. Very sorry if I have missed you out, but basically details are below. My wife has little legs.

Hi Mugshot, I am 5 ft 2 and think my inside leg is 28" - but can't find the tape measure (one of the boys has stolen it again). But I do ride the Santana quite often with a seat post that isn't sprung, flip forward type and at standstill I can just balance on the tips of my toes without...
