    GP confirmed yesterday I have a hernia. I have been advised not to cycle (as well as not lifting heavy items etc). Bearing in mind the waiting list problems at the moment, this could be a long time without my bike. Anyone still cyling with a hernia or got any advice please?

    Cannot comment on the metro but I bought 2nd hand Volt Pulse in July. 5 years old and excellent condition. Covered 550 miles. Battery not a problem but I accept could be in near future. Really can recomend Volt

    Update on my original post. Took bike to proper bike shop - Plan2Ride in Tongwynlais just outside Cardiff. Spokes - there were a few that were not seated correctly in the hub. Wobble - cones needed adjustment Now a silent bike!! Thanks to Plan2Ride for excellent service - highly recomend them

    Is this correct? I would say that 90% of the e scooters are from China / Taiwan (Giant being one of them) so how are US companies going to benefit? Just wondering

    Yes regular click once per rev. Checked brakes old style blocks and its not that. Click only happens when riding - not when wheel lifted off ground

    Yes - originally it was a click and a ringing/tinkling and the ringing went.
