    Brexit, for once some facts.

Nvidia Blackwell is their newest chip, each needs 1200W at maximum power. 2000 of them are used in the new data centre one of their customers is building. The problem is every country wants to build ever larger data centres. Cerebras is another big player. They build wafer scale AI chips. Their...

I sometimes feel sorry for Donald Duck. He's used to not paying small contractors so when they took him to Court, he could wriggle out. Now he has to deal to Deep State's lawfare. It can't be easy while suffering from bouts of memory lapses.

    Assist cuts out occasionally

if the LCD stays on when the motor cuts out, it's probably the controller or one of the sensors. Try unplugging the throttle and brake sensors. If the problem does not go away, please get in touch with support@wooshbikes.co.uk - Andy will help you sort it.

physical gold price this day in 2007 is around $664 per ounce. 14 years later, current price of the same ounce is $2153. It's just an investment. It can go up as well as down. Mortgage crisis 2008-2012, Covid and war in Ukraine boosted gold price. If you bought Tesla shares in or before 2020...

Most of those who trade on gold don't hold physical stock, even when they deal in physical gold. Money is just a means of exchange. Just look at bitcoin. As long as you can exchange bitcoins for physical gold, then the two are equivalent. The rest is just trade. If war broke out for instance...

Saneagle got the faulty items to play with, we don't though. We are looking at prevention.

    Battery Fires

Battery fires are a relatively small risk. If you get the chemistry right, thermal runaway can be eliminated altogether.

The risk factors are well-known though. Larger cells are less risky. The problem is how to maintain good gravimetric density with larger cells. Still, the risk is small compared to ordinary petrol oe diesel. The average car has 30-40 litres of petrol or diesel, or about 400kwh, much more than...

We paid France £50 millions in the last 3 years. They stopped and slashed about 30%-50% of the boats. That's roughly 100,000 migrants in the same period, £500 each. We are now offering migrants £3,000 to get on that Rwanda plane. Each person on that plane earns rwanda £1 million plus us...

thermal runaway in lithium battery is usually caused either by external short circuit (damaged BMS by overcharging for example) or internal short circuit (damaged separtator for example). To improve the separator. manufacturers now re-inforce them with ceramics.

Help! Looking for folding ebike, a bit worried about power and hill climbing

for most people, kits are not stronger than factory built bikes in the same price bracket. Where kits can and do offer more is flexibility, especially for those who need something a bit special. There are for example very few factory made folding bikes having crank motors, or large capacity...

Help! Looking for folding ebike, a bit worried about power and hill climbing

Besides the slightly higher price, factory made bikes are neater. Cables are routed internally, battery are integrated into the frames etc. Your problem is test riding.

that's the anti-explosion device, just for controlled venting. You need to poison the electrolyte to stop the conduction through the electrolyte. If you act fast enough, that would prevent the electrolyte from heating up.

one thing that puzzles me a long time. I am amazed that nobody has thought of killing the electrolyte or one of the electrodes to prevent the thermal runaway.
