I actually managed to get my road bike out for three days last week. It was dry and sunny and not too cold. It was good not to have electric for a while. It made me feel that Spring may be on the way.
We are now back to a foot of snow and I have pulled a tendon in my ankle and so I will not be cycling for a few weeks.
I am really looking forward to light mornings and above freezing temparatures so I can use my electric bike for work. It is 22kms to work and so it is not much fun when it is so cold and dark in the morning. Later in the year I have the most wonderful ride to work, mostly on country tracks and very quiet roads. 1 car is a traffic jam, 2 must be an accident.
Do lots of research, ask lots of questions on here and take lots of tests rides. Summer is coming so get out and get your bike.
I can`t ride Jannies electric bike because she is always on it.
