Guim has reached New Zealand on his Wisper and is staying with a sub dealer.

That is very cool, and what a way to enjoy the scenery in NZ! Clocked the Wisper in the background too!

I had in mind a 4 wheeler 2 seater (side by side), BMX sized wheels with two hub motors and suspension, something akin to a sand rail.

(Like this... http://www.duneguide.com/images/SandRail-48.jpg but much smaller and lighter)

I guess the single drive motor makes more sense...
