403 error accessing the forum

I'm getting a 403 error, forbidden from something called word fence, which started when I changed my isp. I can get around it using a Vpn, but i wonder if anyone else has had the problem, or whether the site owners here have it set up oddly?

No problem elsewhere so fat, but most sites I visit don't use WordPress I guess.

try using a different browser or clear your cookies in the browser you are using.

No it's not the browser or cookies, since I can reproduce the problem on 3 different devices with 2 different browsers, and I can make it go away if I used VPN or connect via ADSL or 4G .. Wordfence just doesn't like the IP address I am assigned by SWS Broadband (entanet is the ISP iirc) for some reason. They changed it, it worked OK for a couple of sessions, and now the new one if blocked too.

Clearly it isn't my PC / router or changing to ADSL wouldn't fix it (I had a fixed IP before for 4 years, no problems).
