Today I received a brand new replacement battery for the one that Tim collected from me a couple of weeks ago. (See this thread http://www.pedelecs.co.uk/forum/electric-bicycles/5114-kalkhoff-cutting-out.html) I honestly did not expect to get a brand new battery, I thought they might just clean or replace the internal battery contacts if possible.
All I can say is many many thanks to 50cycles for an exceptional level of service

In my opinion they are e-bike dealer of the year
