Hi all, I am having some problems with the wiring on the bike, it's getting a bit weary in places due to constant flexing so I'm thinking of a partial rewire. The main connection from h/bars to controller etc has 6 cores inside a sheath- any idea where I could source this??

Cheers AG

I have some motor 9 core cables, Audgit, 6 signal plus 3 power wires complete with plug and socket.
Check out the classified section by seaching for Replacement motor cable.
Always nice to have a few spare cores.
I also have some standard 6way crimp plug and sockets available.

Hi you can buy 7 core it is used to wire trailers in

7 - Core - black trailer cable - .50mm 4 Amp ( price per mtr ) | eBay

Frank
I bought some 7 core trailer cables at 10A. They seem very bulky for the max amps. Not as good quality as the Turnigy silicon wire and much bigger.

But actually, from all the wires I've purchased online, none of them were as good quality as the turnigy wire.

Now I think I'll only purchase from them even if it's not multicore. Just going to add a braided cable holder on top of it.

Not as clean, but smaller, with better quality, thinner wire and better electric conductivity.
