906xc bottom bracket

hmmm.. while fantasizing over the 906xc i noticed that there it's is a sealed bottom bracket. i was wodering if that could be back ported to my 2008 905se.
Just a thought, although ill probably end up with the 906xc next C2W year

Somebody did post a short while ago that the 905se bottom bracket was too narrow for a sealed one to be fitted. Given that the 906 uses a completely new composite frame, that's probably got a wider BB to match the sealed units.

I thought your good self and Flecc were due a try on the pre-production one?

906xc is in Eurobike show now

David tried the 906xc and it is currently showing in Eurobike show. Actually, it's a great bike!

The saddle will be black colour! This bike will be showed in UK cycle show(Oct.). Hope you may enjoy it!

I know David's been busy and I'm happy to wait for a production one to try in due course, assuming I'll be able to ride it, given the large frame. I think Mussels should go first though, since he has 905se experience so will be able to make a comparative judgement.

What David was going to do in fact was let me have a brief ride on his 905 equipped with the 906 motor.

david mentioned a while a go about shipping some 500W 905s out to Canada(had dreams about them) .i wonder if there will be any problem doing a 906 as 500W with the motor being on the front ?
maybe it just means less wheelies

the 500W was also supposed to be available as a retro fit kit for the 905 (new wheel with motor and a new controller) don't think it would work on the 906.......
