Once again the road and ground is covered in 2" of snow:mad: Nothing is driving along the road let alone an E bike.

Q. (off topic)

How many people have posted a review and it`s not up on the forum yet?

Only a tiny sprinkle on the South London/Surrey border, just enough to cover untreated roads.

Regarding reviews etc: Russ our administrator is involved with the site host in a new hosting setup and also has long term plans progressing for changes in the forum. These are spare time basically voluntary functions since this site couldn't possibly support him at it's present level, so the time available is very restricted. This can cause delays in updating reviews and Tech section entries.

I've only managed 5 commute runs by e-bike this year because of the snow. I have not tried the ProConnect S in the snow because top of the range German engineered products like BMW cars perform very badly in such conditions, whether this is true for e-bikes I am not sure?

After a month of not being used I kept an eye on the battery performance, which had been fully charged prior to Christmas. The range was reduced to 20 miles at medium assist! Things have picked up to normal again since charging the battery again but with another cold snap the battery will probably lie dormant for another spell.

Its frustrating given that the daylight hours are streching.
