A2b bike with error 30 code

My A2b bike has error code 30. I have been advised that A2b have gone into administration and having made about 10 calls to various ebike repair shops no one can seem to help me. I know the error code relates to a display/controller connection issue but can t see any loose wires. Does anyone know of anyone in Southampton/Salisbury/Bournemouth area who could fix it?

A2B uses CANbus type comms I believe, if so will need diagnostics. If so you may be out.
