Hi all
Have a TESCO HOPPER electric bike same as Viking ego I think. Need to make the handlebars higher up so allowing a more upright riding position. Cant work out whether this adjustment is able to be done or would i need to purchase some form of equipment to increase the tube length etc.

You will have to add a stem extender which will simply clamp on with Allen key bolts. Measure the stem diameter to make sure you buy one that will fit.

Something like this.

I'd buy some riser bars, which you can get from Ebay. It looks like you can go up about three inches before you start to run out of cable. If you search, you can get all sorts of heights. here's an example:

I don't believe that you can use the above stem riser on your bike because you have a quill-type stem lock, not a clamping one.
