I was in Aldi today. They had moved the bike tool-kits into the bargain area and knocked the price down from £19.99 to £10,99. Bargain!

They had most of the normal tools that you'd need:
Spoke key that fits Chines electric bike spokes and others
Shimano cassette tool
BB tool for shimano type and Hollowtech type
Chain whip
Crank extractor
Chain-breaker
Puncture kit
Multi-tool
Axle nut and pedal spanners
plus more

I'm always gutted Aldi is miles out of my way and whenever I trek over to get something it's sold out grrr

I have seen kits these in Aldi whilst getting my regular supply of Herring in Mango and Peppercorn sauce, yummy

Not quite as good as the ones that Lidl have sold on a few occasions in the past, but for £10.99 and with a 3 year guarantee a total bargain .

Went in looking for the toolkit, came out with a digital vernier calliper. Suprisingly good for about £8, certainly good enough for home use.

The miserable beggars in our local Aldi never discount the decent stuff - the helmets were still £19.99 even with only 1 left in a tattered box & that usually means someone's returned it & bits are missing.

If you ever want Lidl/aldi discount stuff, and they have it in Exeter just give me shout. I'm working all over Kernow at the mo, and can drop it off for you.

I get email from Aldi that includes 'Hurry While Stocks Last' tab of discounted items. I have even paid less than that advertised price. Could be the store managers can do as they please. I have noticed the Runcorn store is no where near as good stores in my area, in layout, goods available and general appeal, strange as their head office is in Runcorn.
