Help! Another TSDZ2H question, the bb compatibility

The kit came without a manual and I can't find one online that makes sense, this one makes a mistake saying if I have 73mm bb I need more washers, but the opposite is true that is if I have 68mm bb then I need more washers as the thread is sticking out 16mm and not the required 11mm. So now question where can I get these washers?

I got two 2.5mm washers left from the external bearing bb, with the two M5 spacers that came with the kit I can fit it on the left hand side between the bracket and the m33 nut. What I don't know is how the pedals will be aligned to the center of the bike. But since I have no idea where I would find those tiny M5 spacers I think this is my only option.

As you can see you need washers in both cases, 68mm or 73mm, in case of 73mm bb you need two 5mm m5 washers, in case of 68mm you need one 5mm m35 washer.
