They don't appear to have a website, this ebay page seems to list their e-bike products for sale, including batteries:

Haven't bought anything from them, but did e-mail them a couple of times and got a quick and informative response.
The aluminium cased 36v battery they sell, is the 36v version of the 24v Cyclamatic battery.
Didn't get it in the end, in case it was too much voltage for the components.
Then I would have been left with a battery that is hard to integrate into other kits.
Drop em a line. I'm sure they will be happy to answer any questions ;)

I do not come from Sheffield, but I did order one of these batteries over a year ago, and it has been in daily use since then. It has proved reliable and problem-free.

As it is fitted to a Mistral, which uses a similar casing but different plugs and outlets in the top lid, it was necessary to extract the cells, fit them in the old Mistral casing, and make a few careful reconnections. That was not too difficult, but it will nullify the warranty. At the time I bought the complete battery the cells were not available on their own.

I would certainly recommend a purchase if the voltage and configuration conform to an existing, but failing battery. The current price is a bargain, especially with lithium prices rising now.

I have used one of the QBP batteries for over a year and it still seems to be OK. I went to the warehouse and picked one up from the ebay advertiser. The company QBP Brakes supply vehicular brake parts and obviously have a side line importing Chinese electric bikes. The company is managed by Chinese family who seem very friendly and use electric bikes themselves. There was a thread last year regarding the battery Link if that helps.
