It's the motor that Electric Bike Conversions Ltd sell, or at least it's the picture they have on their website.

I thought it was a Crystalyte at first, but after a bit of web searching, realised it wasn't.

It's the motor that the LETS installed in Allen-Uk's bike for £2600. When quizzed about it, they didn't appear to be able to answer simple questions, and they said that the guy that did the conversion had left them. I'm thinking that maybe they subbed it out to Electric Bike Conversions or someone else.

Crikey, Electric Bike Conversions are selling the whole kit on eBay for £375.
Includes a battery and swanky looking LCD display too:

I don't know the background behind this, but Allen-Uk must have been furious when he found out they had installed a fairly cheap set-up and charged him handsomely for it :mad:
