After a long hard winter we finally had a good weekend!
Having had an eventful route to my ebike (or ebikes..):
- Oct 08 bought Powabyke X6
- Mar 09 bought 2nd hand Wisper 905SE
- May 09 sold 2nd hand Wisper 905SE
- Jun 09 bought New Wisper 905SE
- Jul 09 bought Powabyke X6LS (for the wife)
So we're a 3 bike family now, having failed to sell the original X6.. but at least have two Powabyke batteries.. So when we both get out we can take the other battery with us and she can swap and still not quite have the range of the Wisper..
Anyway, was getting a bit worried about keeping all of these batteries conditioned, so charged up the X6 battery and set off on Sunday.
10 miles later and a big smile on my face, was a really fantastic ride really felt like it hit back at the 'SAD' factor and have been daydreaming about as sat behind my desk all week.
Just wanted to say what a great passtime/mode of transport/money pit this electric biking world is. Roll on the summer...
