Barnes and Robinson bankruptcy ebike stock on eBay

They were on the next stand to us at the Birmingham bike show 2012. I had a good lookat them then. They were pretty well put together generally - all standard Chinese stuff. They have the 4 into 1 waterproof harnesses, which makes testing awkward if you get any problems. The two guys Barnes and Robinson seemed like nice guys, but a bit naive. I wonder if it was this ebike venture that bankrupted them. Their main business was tool supply.

They look like a nice bike and for under £300 a good buy, may be tempted myself for No3 :eek: .

hi there, ive also purchased the bankrupt stock mentioned, its the New York city bike. does anybody on here know how to change the odometer from km into miles? also does anyone know how to get the lights to work?

I do find it funny that the description states he specialises in bankrupt stock, but has nothing currently for sale, and appears to have only sold 4 items since 9th Dec 2014 :D

Look maybe he's just doing things with great care. And what does he get in return? That's right, mockery. Well, I ask you, really. If a man can't take four months, full-time, to sell a bicycle, without being criticised, then I don't know WHAT is ok anymore.
