Battery Malfunction

Hi all.
I’ve had my Carrera Vengeance e for a few months. Today I rode it and it kept cutting out. I took the battery out and turned it on, it goes through a sequence of lights, goes blank for a short while then repeats the sequence over and over. It has now been doing this for a few hours. Can anyone help. It would be most appreciated. Thanks

Carrera's with Suntour system are just a PITA .
So many having issues I just don't know why buyers bother if they do their homework properly.
