Battery pack repair

I bought some from BMSBattery. I connected it all up, but it wouldn't switch on. There's no way of telling why because it's software controlled. It was the same one as Morphix's, which I managed to wake up, but not this one. They might have programmed it wrong, but there's no way of telling.

Thanks Dave. So I won't buy from BMSBattery. I have a 20s bms from Bestekpower, I'm going to plug it to my lipo and see what I get. If it's good I'll get them for this 37V pack
