You've wired 2 x 11.1v packs in series to get 22.v (twice)

But instead of placing the 2 x 22.2v into series to get 44.4v you have paralleled them (so increased aH but not voltage)

If you are struggling with these diagrams then I am worried that the balancing and care needed for Lipo batteries will also be hard for you.
As the risk is burning your house down....
Please reconsider what you are doing.
You need to keep the cells balanced, with a balancing charger.
Monitor the discharge exactly. Be safe and don't deep discharge.
And only charge in a safe place.

Ithink the diagram would be easier to follow, if it showed the positive and negative connections on the battery, there are loads of good how to connect batteries in series and parrallel articles on the web, with two batteries you can connect either in series to get double the voltage, or parallel to get double the amps, you will need four batteries to get 44v and 5400 amps.PLEASE READ THROUGH THEM VERY CAREFULLY OR YOU WILL LITERALLY GET YOUR FINGERS BURNT OR WORSE.

He isnt going to get 5400 amps the likely is 5.4a *25c= 125+ amps more that the motor can take. Usually 20 amps is max and then the battery will be lucky to last 15 mins. And that is near 2kw.
Smoking .. It could all end up smoking !

I think fishingpaul means 5400 mAh.

I didn't really intend it as a wiring diagram, more a schematic to to illustrate the differences (series/parallel) and to highlight the only 3 valid combinations of 4 batteries.

With 4 x 2700 mA 3C wired in series you will get 44.4 V and 2.7 Ah. 2 x 2700 mA in parallel and then 2 x in series you will get 22.2 V and 5.4 Ah... ;)
