Battery refurbshment

hi looking for someone in East Scotland who can refurbish Ebike Battery, bought my wife a trike from Alien a few years ago and it is now needing battery replaced, cannot find them on the web, so wondered if anyone could refurbish the battery, or supply a new one with the same connection, which is 4 slots on the bottom of the battery 36v 10ah
