That's it. Keep the case and the BMS. I think you'll find that all the cells are knackered, although some will be more knackered than the others. Don't waste any more time with them.
The BMS is a little strange - maybe in two parts ? There is a PCb sitting on top of the bottom 5 cells and the main BMS with balance leads etc at the top of the whole pack

Yes.The PCBs on top of each 5 cell blocks do the bleeding, which balances the cells. The BMS only looks after HVC and LVC. You therefore need to keep three parts: two 5-cell bleeding boards and one BMS.
