Due to manufactures making various claims on miles per charge i just thought id share my experience on my bike.I bought my Haibike hardseven last November but always charged my battery after every trip usual y around 20miles.Last time let the battery run down to a single flashing bar so basically flat.It worked out that i got around 45 _50 miles using the standard setting on the Yamaha 400w system. This was doing light track and rd work.I hope this helps any body who might be looking for a bike choice.

That's OK, but you get 75% of the power from the motor when the battery's down compared with when it's fully charged, so if you want the best power, keep it topped up. If you only ever use it in eco mode, it makes little difference.

Yes I would agree with that.. running my yamaha powered road bike in eco compared to normal it shows as using less power but takes longer to get up to speed, or on a hill it shows as using less but for a longer time. So it seems to work out more or less the same in both modes.

I get similar mileage on my Yamaha 400w.

I can do a much higher mileage using eco than standard, it just takes longer.
