Hi new to this, never used a forum before so bit clumsy, got a powacycle Windsor with lithium polymer battery that will no longer charge so looking for replacement options, any ideas?

If you can afford it dump the powacycle and get a decent bike.
Almost anything is a better ride. It's heavy badly geared and drains the little power in the battery just doing the most basic.
( my personal opinion from a short ownership of one)

Have you checked out the powacycle website?
They appear to have a page listing replacement batteries.

E-BikesDirect seem to list batteries, personally never bought from them.

Yes saw the new cost but read somewhere about recelling to save a bit, anyone know anything about recelling lithium polymer batteries or who does it?

I acquired it from a family member (so cheap) having had knee surgery I needed help on the hill of my short commute to work & it was fine until battery discharged & wouldn't recharge, not worth spending loads for distance I do, looks like its the bus.
