So if you have one 18650 cell that's 3.7 v and 3400 mAh. So that's 3.4 Ah?
So if you connect two cells in series you have 7.4 v but how many Ah?
3.4 or 6.8Ah?

If you connect them in parallel, you'll get 3.7V and 6.8AH.
