BBS01 Programming Service

Hi, I bought a BBS01 a couple of years ago from www.custom-ebikes.com. They don't seem to exist any more. Sam Spacey was the guy I think behind it. Does anyone have any contact details please? Or alternatively, does anyone know where I can send my controller for re-programming?

Hi. Thanks for replying. Do I need to dismantle the unit to get the controller out or can i do it all in situ? Are there any instructions that you'd recommend?

I got the cable from the link above, possibly there might be a local seller on Ebay. No, you don`t take anything apart.

I've found one on Amazon. Do you know if there is any software that runs in Windows 10? I'll go ahead and try my own programming if there is. Thanks for the idea.
